i found the staff friendly. they always made sure i had refreshments around the pool. ashraf at the snack bar greeted me with lovely pizzas. his burgers were also quite tasty and his chips were good.

the pillows were way too big. i did not find them comfortable. the air conditioning only ran when i was in the room. it was difficult to get cold drinks, especially water.

i found the staff very attentive and responsive. the room was comfortable and cozy with water and warm drinks provided. the heated pools were great during the cooler december weather. the overall atmosphere was very relaxing i was able to mentally disconnect and destress .

the beach is a short walk from the hotel this could be a problem for elderly guests.

The room I stayed in looked tired with worn furniture and dim lighting I could hear my neighbors using their showers and talking in the hallways pretty clearly. The food was a letdown it seemed like it lacked freshness I felt sick for most of my 3-night stay. I never found freely available water I really hated vendors constantly approaching me trying to sell things even while I was trying to eat. They seemed so pushy about encouraging me to buy stuff there. Seriously, I regret choosing this spot.

i found the staff very friendly from arrival they welcomed us nicely the food was good i liked the fish and tiramisu the pool was always heated and there were many activities the rooms were clean the bed was comfortable with excellent amenities

the onsite pharmacy prices were very high i paid nineteen euros for some common medications

the hotel is located within a community of other hotels the gardens are beautiful the gardening staff does a good job i could easily wander and get lost even with signs available there was painting and maintenance being done around the quiet pool

the hotell grounds are beautiful. the staff were polite. the pools are very nice. the breakfast buffet was excellent.

the pool closed early, so it was frustrating. Cocktails varied by bar, they never tasted the same.
